'Brush Drawing No 28'and its companion ‘Ocean Muse’ (which is also in the Art in Healthcare Collection) were both created in 1996 and "are part of a series of calligraphic works on paper created in Edinburgh. Spontaneous in content, these drawings have a sensual aesthetic with spatial elements to animate the surface."
