Ann Oram's Exterior of a Tuscan Workshop reveals the beauty of the moment, the beautiful arrangement of what seems ordinary but special for its qualities of a southern Mediterranean street. The image reminds us of beauty and simplicity but also invites the viewer to wonder perhaps - what's inside, how does the interior of Tuscan workshop look like?
Ann Oram trained at Edinburgh College of Art (ECA). After her post-graduate year and Andrew Grant Scholarship to France and Italy, Ann returned to ECA to lecture in the Painting school.
