Born in Oxford in 1963, Anna Ford studied Fine Arts at Manchester Polytechnic, specialising in printmaking. After graduating in 1987, she moved to Scotland and now lives in Pitlochry. Her daughter, Elly, was born in May 1992. Using simple 'low-tech' methods, she makes prints, mainly monotypes, inspired by rural Perthshire and farm animals. Anna has taken part in exhibitions regularly in Britain and Denmark.
