This is a screen print of Haddo House, a brilliant example of a historic Scottish stately home near Aberdeen designed by Scottish architect William Adam in 1732. The icy grey colour of the steps contrasts with the warmer brown of the sky, while the presence of the crescent moon and migrating birds along with the title ‘Haddo, New Year’ suggests it is winter.
