Rock Pool Cleft is an orignal etching print, capturing the coastal landscape of Tiree.
Frances Walker was born in Kirkcaldy and trained at Edinburgh College of Art. She then became a visiting teacher of art, before retiring to develop her painting and printmaking. Frances is known for her images of some of the wildest and most remote parts of Scotland. In recent years the majority of her work has been in sight of the sea. Frances currently lives between Aberdeen and Tiree, where she lives in one of the few remaining thatched cottages.
