Join us for an afternoon that focuses on your wellbeing. In partnership with Yoga Social Edinburgh, an opportunity to stretch and strengthen, find presence, relax, and enjoy yourself. Take a step away from your routine and create some time for yourself before the season of giving gets into full swing.

During the afternoon we will enjoy:

*vinyasa and restorative yoga suitable for all levels

*dynamic meditation

*opportunities to replenish and restore

*pauses between sessions to chat & have some snacks/treats provided

All proceeds from the event will be donated to Art in Healthcare – a charity working across Scotland to improve health and wellbeing for individuals and communities by providing opportunities to experience and engage with high quality visual art, artists and creativity.
