We are looking for an Administrator to join us until the end of March 2023. Subject to funding the role may be extended at this point. This opportunity is well suited to an individual who is looking for a first job in the cultural sector or an individual who is seeking to balance part-time work with other responsibilities.
We are based in Central Edinburgh and would like you to work with us in our office on York Place and at our art store in Leith. There is also the option for some home working. This role is for the equivalent of two days per week [14 hours] and we anticipate this being worked on a Wednesday and then on one or two other days of the week [to meet your needs and ours].
The successful applicant will provide administrative support across all aspects of the charity and contribute to the efficient running of the organisation. A significant amount of time will be spent on activities relating to our large art collection.
